Hun Students Receive Letters of Commendation from the National Merit Scholarship Program
Four Hun seniors received Letters of Commendation recently for their performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) taken last fall.
Hun seniors Ryan Joseph, Daniel Hubert, Anjali Parachuri, and Zelan von Kaenel received the commendations, meaning their scores were in the top 2 percent of the 1.6 million test takers. Commendations are determined by comparison of all test takers in each state, and New Jersey has the highest qualifying score of any state in the nation.
Ms. Parachuri plans to pursue pre-medical studies at college. Mr. Hubert says he also will pursue a major in the sciences, while Mr. von Kaenel will likely study economics. Ms. Ryan is undecided on a college major.
The Hun School of Princeton is an independent, coeducational, private day and boarding college preparatory school. Student-centered, hands-on learning prepares students for the global community in which they will live and work.
