Hun School students care about and love learning, treat others kindly, engage actively in the classroom, and inherently embrace and enjoy school life. They bring established passions to their classrooms, dorms, fields, and studios, but also, welcome the opportunity to try something new. Hun School students’ lives have balance and breadth, and they bring energy and enthusiasm to their everyday tasks. Fundamentally, Hun School students work hard at everything they do.

Upper School
In the Upper School, traditional courses might take place around a Harkness table or among a sea of iPads. Or, a student can produce his own episode of CSI in collaboration with his media arts, theatre, and forensic science teachers. Lessons are dynamic, innovative, personal, and un-prescribed.

At Hun, the Resident Program is designed to facilitate that discovery and accomplishment. The personal relationships that develop between our resident faculty and our students, between our students and each other, are the foundation for that discovery. You’ll be immersed in an atmosphere where every student is encouraged to try new things, explore the world of possibilities available at The Hun School, and discover new interests and hidden talents.
