The Hun School traveled to The Haverford on Wednesday to begin their 2018-19 campaign. The game went back and forth early as newcomer Dylan Deveney ’19 burried a three pointer for the give the Raiders an 8-5 advantage early. Shamar Florence ’19 pushed the Raiders back up 12-11 in the first quarter before the Fords responded to end the frame with a 15-12 edge.
The Haverford School then took ahold of the remainder of the game. The home team scored 22 points in the second quarter and never looked back. The Raiders were handed a season-opening 44-75 loss.
