Coach tip: Active recovery days are important to keeping you in the “game”. By adding in sessions within your program, you will allow for healthy recovery.
Some suggestions you can throw into the mix:
Add in a 20 min walk at the end of your training week/day.
Enjoy yoga flows/or mindful stretching. Namaste.
The use of meditation is another great tool to center yourself.
Only requirement: Make sure the intensity level is low-moderate.
Stay consistent, stay working & stay well,
