Spectator Guidelines and Tailgate Policy
Athletics and co-curricular events are a vibrant part of student and community life at The Hun School of Princeton and we look forward to sharing each season with you.
When you attend Hun School events and contests, please keep the following guidelines and policies in mind:
- We are committed to providing a safe and positive atmosphere for all students, families, and guests. We are here to support and celebrate our student-athletes in a positive manner.
- Our opponents and officials are our guests. Please extend Hun’s trademark courtesy and kindness to them.
- Parking is limited and tailgating should be limited to a small area behind or in front of your vehicle, in the upper lots. Please be careful not to impede the flow of traffic.
- Please be considerate and safety-conscious when using tents, awnings, and amplified music in our parking lots.
- Princeton Township requires a $100 permit, defined perimeter, and an on-site inspection for open flame activities on school grounds or in a place of assembly, including charcoal and propane grilling. Please contact the Facilities Department in advance to inquire. Generator-supported electric grills do not require a permit.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed on the premises, unless provided in conjunction with a Hun-sponsored event.
- Tobacco use and smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on campus.
- All parties are responsible for collecting and discarding their own garbage.
- All Hun School spectators must abide by the NJSIAA Spectator Code of Conduct.
