Alum Accepting Award

The Hun alumni community continues to inspire through extraordinary leadership, achievement, and service.

Each year during Alumni Weekend, we proudly recognize alums, faculty, staff, and friends who embody the values of Hun and make a meaningful impact in their professions, communities, and beyond. These awards celebrate individuals who lead with integrity, inspire others through their example, and strengthen the Raider community through service and connection. There is no better representation of a Hun School education than the success and generosity of our alums.

Alum of the Year

Established in 1989 by the Hun Alumni Association, the Alum of the Year award is the highest honor the School can bestow upon its graduates. Recipients are recognized for outstanding personal and professional achievements that exemplify the principles, values, and enduring spirit of The Hun School of Princeton. This award celebrates alums whose accomplishments inspire the entire Hun community and reflect the School’s commitment to excellence, leadership, and service.

Honorary Alum

The Class of 1914 distinction was established to recognize outstanding members of the faculty, staff, and administration who, though not graduates of The Hun School of Princeton, exemplify the ideals of achievement and service in their association with the School.  Reserved for a select few who have committed themselves and their talents to furthering the mission and vision of The Hun School, the Class of 1914 Honorary Alum Award is a lifetime membership in The Hun School of Princeton Alumni Association.

Distinguished Alum

The Distinguished Alum Award celebrates alums who demonstrate exceptional professional achievement, meaningful community impact, and a steadfast commitment to upholding the values and spirit of the Hun School community.

Young Alum

The Young Alum Award recognizes recent graduates whose post-graduation achievements exemplify excellence, distinction, and outstanding service in professional, academic, or community settings.

John Gale Hun Medal

Established in 2014 to mark The Hun School of Princeton’s Centennial, the John Gale Hun Medal honors individuals who exemplify exceptional professional achievement, leadership, and public service, along with an extraordinary commitment to The Hun School of Princeton. This medal represents the School’s highest recognition of distinguished service and accomplishment.

ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME

Athletics has long been an important part of the Hun experience. The Athletic Hall of Fame honors exceptional student-athletes, coaches, teams, and supporters whose contributions have shaped Hun athletics and inspired Raider pride. Honorees are recognized during Alumni Weekend and celebrated for their lasting impact on our athletic tradition.
