Retirement: Linda Krasnoo

Linda Krasnoo is retiring after nearly nine years of devoted service to boarding students as a key member of Hun’s Office of Resident Life. In 2016, she began her Hun career as the administrative assistant for the office. She moved on campus in 2018, where she became a second mom to hundreds of boarding students over the years.

In 2022, Ms. Krasnoo became the associate director of resident life, using her organizing skills to juggle multiple priorities as she planned weekend activities and cared for students as if they were her own. It is no surprise then, that the students are what she will miss most about Hun, noting there has not been a day in her Hun career that she did not want to come to work.

In June, Ms. Krasnoo moved to Connecticut full time with her husband, Eric, where she will welcome more “Gigi time” with her granddaughter Madison and more “me time” spent reading, walking with her dog Ruby, and exercising. She’s also hoping to volunteer at an assisted living facility and travel, along with spending time at their home on Cape Cod.
