No bad luck here -- On Friday the 13th, The Hun School hosted for the first time The Friday the 13th Fair for the Class of 2024. It was an afternoon for the class to gather, enjoy inflatable games, “Over the Top Shakes” from Carnivale Donut Bar food truck, and laughter.
Leading up the extravagant, in-person event on Friday, the week was filled with virtual events for both students and parents of the Class of 2024 to get to know one another. Virtual events included a video game night, two paint nights, one for students and one for parents, as well as a virtual trivia night.
Dayna Gash, ninth grade dean, notes that “because Hun is built on relationships, we have to work harder than ever this year to build opportunities to come together, but the physical limitations and restrictions won’t deter us from getting to know each other and bonding.”
