Two students on stage participating in a game show

This weekend was jam-packed with engaging activities for Resident Life Community Weekend! For the past several weeks, proctors have been hard at work planning and organizing events, games, and activities for their peers.

The proctors organized the weekend around a point-based competition. Teams earned points for winning events, competing for a chance to take home big prizes.

The festivities began with an all-boarding community gameshow in the Breen Family Performing Arts Center; roommate duos competed against one another to determine who knows each other the best.

Saturday was a full day of Boarding Olympics from cake decorating to a round-robin Nintendo tournament to volleyball tournaments. The night ended with a Student Government sponsored game night.

The weekend came to a close with the first Resident Life Talent Show. Boarders took turns showcasing a full spectrum of abilities from tarot card reading by Carol P. ’23 to an electric guitar performance from Enzo P. ’26. A highlight was the first ever performance from The Holm Family Band.
