Admissions Office Hosts Largest Crowd Ever

The Hun School welcomed more than 700 guests to Upper School Open House, Sunday, October 14, 2012. Prospective students and families from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York attended a general welcome session and several mini-classes designed to showcase living and learning at The Hun School.
“Our excitement is our challenge,” explained Director of Admission Steve Bristol to the families gathered on Sunday. “We pride ourselves on providing our students and families with personal attention. That will be difficult to demonstrate with a crowd of this size. But we’re honored that you are here and we’ve got a great day planned.”
With inquiries and applications steadily on the rise since 2010, the School expected a large crowd. It was one of several reasons why a second event, specifically for Middle School families, was scheduled for Tuesday, October 23rd. “Two events will help us handle the numbers, but more importantly it allows us to cater each program to the specific needs of that age group,” said Mr. Bristol.
