Steps to take to have an unofficial transcripts sent to colleges

1. Sign a transcript release form (blue) and return it to college counseling office (Mrs. Esposito
2. Send an email to Mr. Stone requesting that your transcript be sent.  This email must include, the name of the school, the name of the coach, the email and fax number for that coach. 

Steps to take to have unofficial SAT or ACT sent to colleges

1. Log on to the SAT or ACT website and print out a copy of your scores or make a copy of your scores that have been mailed to you. 
2. Send this copy yourself electronically or by fax or regular mail to the college

Or

1. Bring the copy of your SAT or ACT scores to Mr. Stone and he will fax or email it to the college of your choice but only if you have the name of the college, the name of the coach, and the email or fax number for that coach.
